Mobile Technology

With the rise of mobile technology the training needed has changed. More technology has been created and expanded the ability of people. With Apple at the forfront of technology the abiliy to continue work on the go has created new oppurtunities for communication. It has also increased the amount of data journalism (Filak, 2024). Data journalism has become both easier and harder in some apsects. The harder part is the fact that information can be harder to verify before it is spread almost instantly around the world.

When it comes to the workplace and mobile technology people will need to be introduced to the need to constantly communcate what is being done. It also comes down to making sure everythign is checked before being posted. For training the ability to make sure that the information is correct will be important. We are currently in an era where misinformation is common. Ethical training will need to be a constant. They will also need the ability to focus in on the information they are seeing no matter where they are in the world. This is important because a key detail can be missed from the infroamtion that they are looking at. This comes into focus when looking at the analytics of the information.
